96-97 vs 99+ itr motors what is the difference???

Default 96-97 vs 99+ itr motors what is the difference???

whats the difference between these years??? at password jdm its 800 cheaper for the 96-97 itr vs 99. its probably just milage but if there is anything else let me know

I'd say search, but silly archives are down.

98+ cams are similar in grind to CTR cams, more aggressive
both have same compression
If you are getting a swap the 98+ has the 4.785FD vs the 96-97 4.4FD
Oh and if the header comes with it, 98+ has the nice little JDM 4-1 header

And the block is likely to have lower mileage since its from a more recent year.
