Default Please Help! (CRX w/B16) Car shuts off for split second then back on!!! NO codes?

hi this is for a friend of mine who has torn apart his car trying to figure it out.
What happens: when motor is on (doesn't matter, idle or load) it seems to turn off for just a split second then comes back to life. IT DOESN'T HAVE CEL. We think the problem is electrical so we replaced: main relay, injector resistor pack, coil, ecu, and removed his clifford alarm with ignition kill switch. We have confirmed fuel pressure during studder. It still bogs. we are out of ideas and any help would be appreciated. he has been looking for "burnt" wires but so far he hasn't found anything.

sounds like your ignition is cutting out, or it could be a ground, check your thermostat ground, tranny ground and dont forget the infamous vavle cover. Im 90% sure that it will be a short somewhere.
