i searched but couldn't find anything. i was wondering what the difference in the HID and NON-HID lights were. i remember it had something to do with the lines on the casing. but i forgot what the difference was. please let me know. and if you are gonna flame, just click the back button on your browser. thanx

 

i believe that the non-HID has line all the way across the headlights and HID has a circle around the projector

 

there are differences between the two headlamps.

Appearance wise, the HID's don't have the lines go all the way across, instead the go across everywhere except directly in front of the low beam projectors where there is a circle of unlined area.

Functionally there is also a difference, The projector is a different size for the HID ones.

cool. thanx guys. i appreciate that. some guy was trying to sell me some JDM lights and he said that they were HID but they were the normal projector ones with black housing.
