The only way to do it right is weld in 2 o2 bungs in factory locations. Ryan
PS, this is what I did, works like a charm.

i just did this. I have a PR3 Mugen ecu tho. It disabled my secondary o2 sensor. so i just have my primary hooked up. there's a diagram on here that shows you how to run a heated 4 wire o2 sensor on an after market header. you cut off the 2 single wire o2 connectors and run them to the heated 4 wire o2...some wire goes to a switched power source. I can't remember - but it's on here somewhere...too bad the archived search is down
search a post by erniecars called 1gen b16a o2 sensors. everything you need to know is in there. You weld nuts that fit your o2 sensors to your headers then drill . its easy if yu have a welder or a muffler shop will do it for you.

The 4 wire O2 mod isn't going to work unless they are running a chip that only reads 1 O2 source. The difference between a 1 wire O2 and a 4 wire is the heater circuit, which helps improve emmisions when the car is cold. O2's work best when heated, which is why newer cars have heated O2's, for emmisions.
For anyone out there running 1 O2 on a stock program, or a program that uses 2 O2's, there is power to be made by running 2 O2's (in the correct locations) as the ecu will end up leaning out 2 cylinders if it gets signal from only 1 O2 sensor, not good at all.
