I recommend you wait around a read before undertaking this swap.

Also, cuddle up nice and close to your Helms every night to get more affiliated with this stuff. You don't seem to be a tech expert.

You need the entire shifter cables and shifter assembly from a Prelude or Accord.

You've gotta cut two small holes, and run the cables down through one of them

Cold air. Del Sol VTEC radiator. 11" Fastbrakes upgrade, good shocks, and some good springs.

I know that you are going to ask what kind of cold air so I will tell you now that the ITR 3" aem works just great!

I don't mean to hijack this thread or anything, but I seek much of the same information as the orginal poster.

I will be swapping a H22 into my '96 EX soon and I have a few questions.

1) If I use the HCP mount kit, what shift linkage will I need? Custom made or what?

2) Will I need a new throttle cable, or do I need to modify the existing one? Or neither?

3) What hoses (radiator, etc.) will I need? Or do I need to cut some?

4) Will I be able to keep my power steering with the HCP mount kit?

I was going to make my own topic, but since this person is researching the same thing as I, I thought I'd ask here first.

1) You'll need shift cables from a 91' or above accord or prelude. and assembly

2) Not sure, dont think so

3) Upper radiator hose: 90 teg LS
Lower radiator: 94' Del Sol Vtec

4) i hope so, but not sure

im 2 for 4, anybody else follow that up?

1) 90+ Accord/92+ Prelude

2) No clue. Probably not. Just run it to the bracket and tuck away the excess somewhere.

3) What he said.

4) You'll probably need to re-do the Civic's PS hose to fit the H22 PS pump. (Just run w/o it, build some muscles! )

Thanks for all the info, I've been trying to make this swap as painless as possible. and to all.

yes you can keep ps and a/c but you have to get new brackets for each and its a tight *** fit.

HCP and HAsport both make the brackets you need I believe

you use the stock throttle cable, you just need to bend the bracket over twords the passanger side about a half inch or so
