Default obdII to I conversion question (Search function no worky)

Ok I know this has probably been brought up a million times but you still can't search the archives, so I am asking for some help.

I am putting a 96 teg LS M/T drivetrain into a 94 LS A/T car what do I need to do to get these to work together? I would like to go with OBDI of course, so can someone please let me know what needs to be changed? Can I still use the Auto ECU or is it better to get a M/T obdI ECU?

Thanks for any help, and I'm sorry to beat a dead horse with this topic.

OBD1 Manual ECU.

Run a reverse switch into the wiring harness for your reverse lights.
But other than that I don't need to worry about the wiring? So the engine harness will completely match the chassis harness? i know I won't have a plug for the second O2 sensor, but I'm worried about any other missing things.
