what to do to a gsr

i have a 94 coupe with a gsr motor what can i do to hit 13 all motor with street tires

Well what do you have done to the car so far? Start off with your basic, intake, headers, full cat, then worry about the more technical stuff

Intake Manifold...Cams..Cam gears..Throttle Bodys...Clutch...Flywheel...You could take off your entire head and have it port and polished etc...

Theres a lot you can do....

I would go boost, GSR's do good w/ boost and they come w/ good inside from the factory.
