Code 1 is 02 sensor code 4 is CKP Sensor either bad sensor in Diz or wired backwards. Was this a DPFI-MPFI swap also??

Yeah it is a 91 dx and had to do the dual port to mpfi swap

but i think i messed something up, it was running fine but now it wont start. it turns over and it sounds like the main relay is going ******* nuts

so the cps is that the crank sensor ?

I forget what wires it is truthfully at work right now and no access to manual . I know the white wires in the Diz if there xed up will crank and not start so swap those around first. If that doesn't work will get home and look and post/i/m you with what I can find out

Thanks for the help man,

im going to try and find out the problem tonight using the diagram you gave me.

i'm just a little confused though, the car was running though, even with the code 1 and 4 it would just bogg a little from running rich.

but now the car wont even start. it will turn over but wont start.

when i turn the ignition over the main relay starts buzzing like crazy like somethings wrong or its shorted out, and then it wont turn over. its real frustrating because it was running and now its not.

any ideas you guys might have that i haven't thought of ?

ps thanks

Dan,

check the resistance between all 6 pins in the Diz make sure there all within specs. That diagram list for the 2 middle pins you check the 2 above and below and the ohm should be the same 350-500. Did you swap any wires since it last ran?? My sig has the ECU link in it just click and it has alot that may help you

Actually i had a friend do the wiring

i haven't swapped any wires since it last ran

going to have to see if i can figure it out myself. if the crank sensor determines the injector pulses thats probabally why its not starting, lack of fuel. it does turn over though and try to start.

im going to pull the fuse to reset the ecu, mabey it will start so i can atleast **** with it for a bit.

again thanks for your help man.

Good so im not the only one who has had probs wiring up a b16.

did you have the problem with the main relay as well ?

the main relay is just to the left of the drivers fuse panel, anyway the relay is clicking on and off so fast it sounds like a buzzer

its really starting to **** me off

again thanks for the help. im still at school but i can't wait to get home to **** with it.
