im just wondering if swapping a jdm b16a into my LS would be faster than a b18c1, because my friend had the jdm b16a in his old 92 gsr and it was way faster with that engine than the b17.. and plus the b16a swap is like 2200 and the gsr is around 3000... or should i just save and get the jdm gsr or type R?

 

Get the JDM B18C. Trust me, it's fast.

 

yee i have a friend that just got a jdm b16a into his 91 ls. of course u will lose torque and the LS is gona take u in the start but then when vtec kicks in u will pass him and just keep gaining on him. he did this cuz he good a really good deal on it he payed $1400 Canadian for the engine and instalation. But yee if i was u i would deffinetly save up and get a JDM b18c way faster

 

just get a b18c.b16a were for jdm g2 integras that why ppl do the swap.you can get the swap specific for the g2 cause you can gt them with cable trannies.since you have a g3 then get what would come with your car.i have a g2 and i personally dont believe in the b16 my friend has one he regrets the loss of torque but the vtec does come in to play nicely.
