Suspension Techniques rear sway (92 CX hybrid)
Hello all...I have a rear swaybar from Suspension Techniques sitting in my garage I acquired from a friend. Just wondering if anyone here has it and if they have some thoughts/comments.
Thanks
Thanks
I guess you're wondering how you could put it on your CX?
I believe a few companies make mounting kits for your car, or you could do one better by putting some integra lower control arms on there and attaching it to that. I have the integra LCA's on my 92 Coupe and will be putting on the stock anti-sway bar that way, the hole to mount it to the chassis are already there, you just have to put nuts on the other side.
The kit companies are beaks (or is that just for the Type-R anti-sway bar?) and one other that I believe is a 3 letter acronym that escapes me...

I have one on my 92 Si. You can look at it this weekend in Milford. I think I still have the mounting instructions for it someplace. Do you have any/all the brackets that came with it? If not we need to chat!
You will get a kick out of my front bar. I have the original design ST front bar which they don't make any more. It's an add-on bar to the OEM front Si bar. It's funky lookin!

Well here's the deal...I've never installed a front or rear sway before.
Right now on my 92 CX I have: ITR rear LCA's, ITR shocks, and Ground Controls with Integra spring rates.
I have the mounting kit.
I guess I'm wondering...
1) if it's a good setup
2) can it be used with the ITR rear LCA's???
3) can it be used without a front sway...and if so would that be recommended?
Jan, I'll definately check out your setup in Milford.
thanks
Todd
