Just got my rear disk converion...
just make sure you got everything and that everything works. i had downtime because i found out later that i was either missing a few nicknacks or something wasn't in working order.....
You'll probably wanna get some stainless brake lines right now also. The lines I got with my conversion were cut and wouldn't fit any longer, so it took a lil longer to get the stainless lines...might as well have them already there. Other than that, nothing big. Remember to resurface the rotors and get some good pads (Hawk HPS's are really good street pads). You might want to get a new master cylinder/booster and proportioning valve now also.
not necessary, but since everything's gonna be out anyways, might as well do it now. Stainless lines don't help in braking at all, they just help in the feel, which is more important for racing (trail braking, threshold braking). I'm not sure what the condition of the lines that you got with the conversion is, but mine didn't fit, so I needed stainless lines. You can just get a set for the rear if you don't wanna spend the money for all the way around. Since your car's a 6G, the stock lines should be in fine condition.
