Default Sneek peek at my future project

Here is a picture of the 95mm crank I will be using in my motor build for my ITR very soon. I am goingto run the EXPO and one more event before I pull the existing motor.

Can you say Knife Edged!!

Someone's building a DART setup...

I was contemplating one of those in the near future...I was thinking 93mm with a 3\4" Plate tho...I forget the exact calcs...but somewhere around 2.2L with 1.7:1 R\S.

Have fun tho...

Yes, Dart Tall deck. That is an Eagle lightweight crank. The rods are 5.967 Eagle rods and I'll be using Low compression Wiseco pistons.

Is that how the Eagle lightweight crank comes, knifedged or was it cut afterwards...

I'll be using Low compression Wiseco pistons.
Please don't tell me your build a beast like that, and turboing it

Nice, I didn't know honda's needed knife-edging on the crank. They float above the oil......

Still reduces rotating mass...only way to do it is cutting material from the counter-weights.

No turbo, But with 84.5mm l/c pistons the CR is still 11.5:1 It is being build as a street motor.

If I build a Deckplate, I'm going to shoot for 16:1 Street Motor

****, you pretty much gotta run racegas when yu hit 13:1 anyways, might as well max it out.

All you gotta do is take a bunch of bolts off to remove the head, then you can see your perty stock pistons.
