Front: 263lbs.
Rear: 143lbs.
H&R OE
Front: 315lbs.
Rear: 170lbs.
H&R Sport
Front: 340lbs.
Rear: 186lbs.
this is all i can find right now

CALL H&R Man, they will tell you everything (well, almost) you need to know. Go to their site, get the #, give 'em a call - i have but i lost all the specs. I know the race springs are stiff enough to need custom valved shocks or you will bounce like hell.
