Default 96 Header Install

What's going on everyone? I was installing my headers today DC 4-2-1 and got very frustrated and gave up for the day left the car hanging on two 3 ton jack stands. The 3 bots that I can't seem to get to budge are between the connector and the manifold itself. Tried WD40 used a breaker bar can't budge for nothing. Any tips? Very frustrated guy!!!

When I did my header before my H22 swap, I used a 1/2" socket and put my jack handle on the socket wrench. ****** bolts popped loose with no problem - I didn't even lube them at all.

Yeah those screws can be a sometimes. Found some metal piping in the backyard and put it over the wrench like a breaker bar.. popped those suckers off like butter.

the lighter trick works pretty good, i also had trouble with mine. Definitely the hardest part about installing/uninstalling the header is the b pipe bolts. What works the best though is getting a vdub guy to do all the torquing, they're used to seized and rusted bolts Worked great for me.
