It looks fine to me, but I am having hot start problems and this is on my list of things to check.

Hot start problems... you would need to check your air filter on your intake and make sure its clean with no blockage. Also check for loose or deteriorated grounds and replace if necessary. You should also check your spark plugs and ignition system.

Nice picture.
Look very closely on the solder joints for a very fine line around the protruding pin.
It will look like a circle was drawn around it with a very fine tip pencil thinner than a strand of hair. If you see one thats your break and thats why it won't start when interior is hot and when it cools down and contracts back together will start.
I hope I made sense.

Yeah, I think I know what to look for, but looking at the joints, I dont see any cracks at all. But I am still having hot start problems. It is possible that the failure is at the relay itself, and not the joints?

does the relay have to have cracks in the solder joints in order to be bad? because mines looks fine, but i tested it and it has no continuity.

Well, I replaced mine today, and so far so good. I'll know more tomorrow during the day when it is warmer.

I had the same problem with my integra. Only in the hottest weather it would not start and it did it whenever it felt like it; ex. At the gas station . Everyone's staring at you cuz your cranking the **** out of your car. It did turn out to be the main relay. Instead of messing around with it, I just bought a new one for like $30.
Been workin fine since.
