I've got a zc with pg7 throwing a code 7 too. Its your TPS sensor, you either need to adjust it or replace it. Try adjusting it first and once u have it in spec, if ur still getting that code.. replace it.

ok, so I shouldn't follow the diagram that drjondurst has posted it, b/c that describes the throttle angel sensor. So which sensor do I check then??? He said it's the tps sensor and he posted the throttle angle sensor diagram

They are the same thing... did you reverse the yellow and green wires on your TPS???? that could be the problem, if not you will need to recalibrate your TPS or get a new one....

The Throttle Angle Sensor and Throttle Position Sensor are the exact same thing. Just two names for it. In an earlier post you had asked if the TPS was the same as the Crank Angle Sensor, which is a totally different sensor.

If you are getting a code 7, those diagrams show you exactly how to fix it. If you'd read it, it even says at the beginning something like "if your ecu is throwing a code 7....."

Oh yea, and only switch your tps wires if you had a dpfi engine and did the mpfi swap. Otherwise its right the way it is.
