New pictures of my car dropped. (BW intensive)
Well, i couldn't wait any longer and i went ahead and installed my friends eibach sportlines. i know i know, dont bite my head off guys. im gonna get some real coilovers later. well without further adue, here are the pictures.

well according to the manual it said that it would drop a gsr 1.7 front and rear. now take that and subtract that much of a stock type-r. i think it took out 1" and a little more than that in the rear. im so happy right now!

What the hell is wrong with a good set of sport spring's. coilover's (true coilover's not sleeve's) are great if you want to race the car extensively or if you have money to burn. I am all for good coilover's but on a street driven car that see's only mild racing why waste the money. I am gonna get flamed for this and that is fine I probably deserve it but for someone to come on here with a nice car and feel the need to apologize because they did not just spend 1200$+ on coilover's just plin suck's.
Nice car dude and if you like it how it is keep it that way.

slowerthanu, thanks for the encouragement!
well, i was questioning the drop too, why its higher in the front but thats the way its supposed to be. i remember seeing a post from the guys in the teg forum and they said that its the same way. i don't know why but oh well, looks a bit odd but i really like the drop. can't wait to see the times i run tomorrow at the track. hope to hit that 14.5

dang didnt think you would be able to see that. i got some really bald tires. i think its my alignment. either that or because i was running underinflated tires for a few months
my bad. well i got in mind a set of polepositions or yokohamas after i get my job.

For the guys that asked about the difference in drop (front & rear). The Sportlines are the same length all the way around. Unfortunately, the rear will sit lower than the front even when they settle. Just wanted to clarify...
is it me or do u have some blad *** tires on the back?
BTW, it looks good with that drop.
Yellow: I have the same springs on me PY R and expect them to settle after a couple of weeks. They wont settle too much lower than they are sitting but it will be noticeable. Mine are to a point where it hard to stick your finger between the rear fender and tire.
It will look like that b/c the wheel well in the rear (the sheet metal is lower, look at it on flat land and it's easy to tell) is slightly lower than in the front. That's why it looks more dropped in the rear...I noticed that when I lowered mine too, till i figured it out...
