mine is kinda low, there is only one way for me to jack it up, i have a big car jack. but i have to use the stock one to fit underneath one of the tow hooks to get the car high enough to get the big jack underneath
then repeat the process to get it back on the ground
then repeat the process to get it back on the ground
yeah i have to do the same thing with my bro's LS and my R. my pops just bought some car ramps though, we haven't used them yet so i'm not sure the cars are gonna clear the ramps but we'll soon find out.

3-Ton High Lift SUV Jack from Sears, I'm a little lower than stock and it just barely fits under the front, but lifting from the tow hook in rear is no problem. Last I saw it was $49.99.

i use my stock scissor jack to lift the car a little bit from the side jacking points.. then use the front or rear jacking points with the regular floor jack to lift the rest of the way.. my car is jus a lil too low to have my floor jack clear the bumper n slide in.. so dats wat i have to do.. but its not hard at all.
I'm using a 3 ton jack also but for the front, I had a buddy make a small ramp with 2x4 where I can drive up on the ramp. Then use the jack for the front, this would be the easiest way for the front but the rear I use the took hook.
use a metal broom stick.. dats wat i used before on an old jack i borrowed from a friend.. ghetto but it werks. As for the tightening and loosing of the valve.. jus use a screwdriver.
