Default clutch/tranny problem?

My car will not accelerate. I can only move and cruise at about 10 mph in 1st gear at about 2k rpms, if I try to go any faster it will only rev to redline. It will catch grip at about 5-6k rpms, but it smells like it is burning the clutch i think.

If I let it reach up to redline for all the gears, I'll be lucky to reach 60 in 4th but it will slowly decrease in speed.

Anyone know what the problem might be? I'm not a car nut. I've been under my car for the past few days trying to figure this out my self.

It's definitely your clutch. Replace it.
