Default interchanging heads...questions

my gsr in my civic is quick, but I def know I'm no where near where I want to be with the car. I'm not sure what kind of numbers i'm putting out, but i know there better than my old ex. all I have is cold air, headers, catback exhaust, and chipped ecu. I can get a b16 head mad cheap, but is it worth it? I want to put about 210-220hp and around the same for tourque to the wheels all motor. can this be done with the setup I have? or even some minor bolt ons? by minor, i mean i can change the head, fuel, ignition, computer etc...higher compression pistons? somebody send me in the right direction please.

If you go the B16 head route, I understand they're 'like' the Type Rs in terms of performance -- but you'll need to set aside some $$ to port them.

Also, you'll need a switch in intakes, because the top bolts and water passages don't line up between the GSR dual runner intake/heads and the single runner units.

Sounds more like you want a boosted car if your looking for tourqe/hp numbers like that.

to tell you the truth, i really was thinking about going the supercharged route...not turbo tho. i don't like the maintainence. could this do it for me? i'm definately in the dark. pros cons of supercharging vs all motor? need to make a decision.
