Window Molding Mold

Whats the best thing to get rid of it? make it look factory again? and prevent it from coming back? I've got a 94 teg and this thing is annoying...

I assume its on the rear windows....I plan on taking mine off, and paitning the trim to make it look new again.

To the best of my knowledge you have to do it yourself. There is no pre-made product.
