Default Stock clutch break-in period?

I recently had my clutch replaced ( on me for not getting a performance clutch, it was kind of a circumstantial thing though ), and now I'm wondering what the break-in period would be for it? How many miles do I have to go easy on my car?

yeap take it easy on your new clutch
or you might glaze the clutch
that means no burn outs
OK

So what constitutes taking it easy? I've avoided clutch dumps and hard shifting (clutch in and out as fast as possible to accompany shifting) and taking it above 3-4000 rpms. Do I need to worry about 4k+ RPMs [70 is like 4k in 5th and I often avg. higher]? Is it just anything involving more than ordinary stress on the clutch?

500 city miles, highway miles don't count because they don't do anything to the clutch. i basically drove all around town shifting between 3rd and 4th keeping the shifts below 3.5K
