Default 5th Gen Civic Brake questions???

Hi, wondering if somone can help or point me in the right direction

I have a 92 CX, with HX 14in. wheels. Wil 94+ integra rear discs fit under theses wheels? Also, for the front i would like to get some larger brakes as well. Are the ex and si the same for the 5th gen? How about integra fronts? If i use 5th gen si or ex, do i need to get new controle arms and suspension, or can i just bolt them on to my stock parts?
Thanks for any help you can provide
Tim

Let me see if I can answer all this for you....

Yes the 14s will clear the rear discs. The fronts will not however, unless you grind down the caliper a bit. I've heard this is possible.

94-95 Si/EX are the same, the 92-93s aren't. Integra front brakes share the same rotors as the EX and 94-95 Si, but the caliper bores are larger on the teg.

Control arms only have to be swapped if you want swaybar holes. Otherwise your stock ones will work just fine. Same with shock/springs

Since you have a CX, to put on teg brakes, you need the spindle w/rotor and calipers for your fronts. You can't just bolt up the rotor/caliper to your existing spindle. Same with EX/94-95 Si.

I have integra caliper and rotors on my 95 civic ex so why wouldn't they fit?

Do yours fit under 14" wheels? He never said the brakes wouldn't fit, but that they would not fit under the HX wheels (without further steps aka shaving).

Hi, I need help with my 95 civic sedan. I just bought it and I want to upgrade the rear brakes to disc brakes. I know it can be done but there's a small problem. I live in Algeria, honda parts are somewhat unavailable around here. What I can get my hands on is only CRV or Accord disc brakes. Would any of em fit ? Still, is there any other oem model that fits ? Even if not Honda. Thanks in advance for any future help.
