hey my gf is looking at a 93' del sol si...i saw a pic of the motor and its a SOHC with a black valve cover...is it a v-tec motor lic the civic si of that year producing 125hp or is it a non-vtec motor?...i think its Vtec but it dont think it said on the motor...im sure one of u guys can help me...oh yea it has 70k orig. owner...clean title..paint looks good...just a dent that looks fixable on the fender...havnt checked it out in person yet so not sure about the motor...hes asking $6000...is it a good deal or should we try to get him to go down cheaper??...gurl really want it and im not familiar about the 93 models help please..thanks

 

The motor on the Del Sol Si is the 1.6 SOHC VTEC motor that is found on Civic EX's. I think you should be patient and look around for a Del Sol VTEC which comes with the 160hp B16A DOHC VTEC...
