FS:C02 intercooler sprayer!!
This is for a C02 intercooler sprayer made by intercoolertechniques.com this intercooler sprayer uses liquid c02 to freeze your intercooler. The colder your charge air the more HP you make. The sprayer bar will be made to fit any size intercooler. This is a very cheap and effective way to make SAFE hp. The liquid co2 is sprayed onto your intercooler chilling any air that travels through your intercooler. This will give you any where from 20WHP to 60+WHP. The kit works the same way as the NX Ntercooler, but does not cost near as much.
Here is a dyno graph showing the gains oh a buddys Supra!
The picture is kinda big s0 56k beware!

How is it activated? By boost or manual switch? And does it spray directly toward the IC or parralel to the IC and the forward motion of the car makes it hit the IC? Hope you understand what I am asking.

the kit uses a manual on/off this keeps the cost so low
the intercooler sprayer bar is mounted just like the NX sprayer bar! it sprays directly onto the intercooler. Hope I answered what you wanted!

Looks like it just uses standard paintball 20oz CO2 tanks and a bottom line adapter:
And you can upgrade to larger tanks, or order the kit w/o a tank and save $50

hey everybody...just to let those who are interested. i can sell the same exact system to you for drastically less. i am thinking around 100 plus sh. let me know if you are interested. i can also add extra tanks for very cheap. this system will include an on off switch (manual) so you dont waste the entire bottle on one run, itll allow you to turn it on right before the run, and off directly afterwards to save some co2gas for the next run. or if you want to upgrade, i can make the system to run on an electrical on off . just let me know who is interested in what.

I use a manual on/off and you dont have to waste all the co2 on one run? what are you talking about. good luck buddy
well from the pix that you supplied of what is included in the kit...the only way to turn on and off is by twisting the bottle off and on each time. first of all that wastes a lot of the gas in the tank, secondly, it takes to long to do that right before and after the run. with my kit, it is controlled a lot simpler and easier, quicker, and doesnt waste any gas. and i even have electrical control switches available. for a lil more than the price of your kit, my kit will include electrical supplies to turn the sys on and off whenever desired by the flip of the switch or controlled by throttle position.

You should start your own thread. You will have much better luck selling and people won't think that you are an ***.

man anyone that has some common sense can figure out how to make this kit also the 20 oz. tank isnt good to use if you let to much out the bottle frezees so no pressure or there will be a big ole chunk of ice in your bottle so no co2 if i were you you can get a nitorgen bottle which is alot thicker and more durable you can also pick this up at your local paint ball stores....
Its all good I guess. I use a manual on/off the pic is of the first kit I made a long time ago. There is no need for a regulator just wasted money.

When will the kit with the switch and solenoid be ready? And at what price?
Also, can you give dimensions of the bottles; I'm trying to figure out where I have room to place them, and which size will fit.
One more thing, do these have brackets to mount them so they don't roll around?
