Default Removing the clutch master cylinder with out rebuild kit?

I had my clutch master cylinder replaced when I had my clutch installed, and the smart people who did it didn't lube the piston head when they installed it. So now its squeeling like crazy when ever I engage the clutch.

Is it possible to safely remove the clutch master cylinder and lube the piston, with out tearing any gaskets or seals? or should I play it safe and shell out the bucks to just do a rebuild?
