Heh, I just used one hole to bolt it up. The other 2 make the ECU sit really funny, plus I can't put the shield over it. If you don't have a grinder, I'm sure a hacksaw would do the trick for 'leg removing'.
Cheers.

The PG7 fits in the PM6 case. You just have to be careful and transfer everything. The CEL will be in the wrong place, but you can open the cover if any CEL comes one.
I got another 88 - 91 civic ECU case from the junkyard and put the integra circuit board in there. Most of the bolt holes lined up, but i had to do a little trimming on the casing and bend the mosfets in to clear.

And here I was thinking I had done something no one on H-T had done yet.. pshht.
If you get real bored one weekend you could get a soldering iron and a crapload of wire and extent your wiring on your harness. When I get my ECU socketed so that I can make chips, I'm putting all of my electronics in the lockable rear storage for accessibility.

About the ECU code giving light, when I mounted the front cover of the ecu back on, I did it upside down on accident. So the led hole in the cover was on the bottom instead of being on the top. Its alot closer to the blinking LED so I can see a reflection of the LED when it beeps. Luckily I still have the code 7 from the swap so I got to see how bright it is this way.
Anyone opened up the ecu and made the CEL LED a remote light, so that you can check the codes from the dash like an EG car?
I thought that might be a good mod, but I don't wanna void my Z-Dyne Warranty

dude! dont' worry about it. just lift the carpet and set it in there. there's no room for it to even slide around. and it'll take up less space, no hump or anything, cause you won't use the ecu cover.
it's not going to HURT the ecu if it's not bolted down tight to 7ft-lbs or whatever.
