Default disconnecting knock sensor with no CEL

is it possible to not hook up the knock sensor to the knock sensor but hook it up to the ecu and make it so it doesn't have a CEL, like ground the wire out, or hook it up to a +12v, thanks

yeah just ground it and that should be fine. Don't connect to 12volts will fry knock board. You can also wire in a resistors but grounding it is a ez fix
