problems with my left front tire
I checked my air pressure yesterday, and it was at 18psi.. i pumped air into it until there was 35psi.. Today I checked that tire again, the psi dropped to 20 psi.. what is causing this????
btw, my tires are bridgestone potenzas 205/40/17 ZR on RS Limited S-Type 17" rims..

Can you hear it leaking? Maybe you should take it to a tire shop you trust to have them check if it is a puncture or the valve and have them fix it. If it is a valve it shouldn't be much more than $10 if it is a puncture you might want them to change the valve (at least the valve core) anyways while the tire is off anyways.
where did you get ur tires? Alot of places will do free flat repairs if u got the tires from them.. but either way, they can dunk it for u in some water n find out where the leak is. I had a similar problem wit my old rear passenger tire and i took it into moreno valley branch America's tire and they found that i had a pinhole size leak in the sidewall. I asked what could have caused it and he said sometimes it happens from **** on the road or if the sidewall catches some rough or sharp spots when driving thru a pothole or something.
I got the tires from Les Schwaab, its raining here so I'm not sure if it has a hole in or if its the rain sizzling on my rotor.. because I hear a weird psssssh noise when i put air in it.. my rotors are hot, i tried feeling the tires to see if air is coming out anywhere, but can't find no holes...

put a soapy water solution in a spray bottle and then spray it around on the tire and look for bubbles. Or fill your bathtub with water and stick your tire/wheel in there, and roll it around until you see bubbles coming up. One of my friends went through some gravel one time and got a pebble stuck in the bead seating area between the tire and wheel. Just look all over the tire for any foreign objects.
