Okay let me get what you want straight... You need an OBD2b-OBD2a jumper... ('96-'99 Teg ECU into a '99 Civic) Otherwise you are saying that you'll just buy a 96-98 harness... If what i'm understanding is right then i can tell you this... The '99 Civic harness is not plug and play with the '96-'98 Chassis... (The motor to interior connector is repinned differently) It's repossible to repin but it's a little work. If you don't want or feel comfortable making a jumper yourself which really isn't that hard then Katman at JDMhondaparts.com sells them... Search around H-T... There are a lot of people that make them including me... (I just don't normally sell them) Is this the jumper that you need??

I need the opposite of what you pictured. obd2b(99-00 civic) > obd2a(99-00 Integ GSR).

how much for yours

Sorry but i'm kind of in the same boat as you... I just made my friend a conversion harness the other day so for right now I'm out of OBD2a plugs... Gotta find an ECU to ruin too.. hehe... I'll keep in touch with you incase I come across any plugs... Peace

By the way you meant '96-99 Teg right for OBD2a... 2000+ for the Tegs atleast is OBD2b just as the 99+ Civic's... Latez

Yup it will, for your Civic harness I'm sure you know that you have to add wires for VTEC, VTM, KS, etc but that's no biggie... Watch out with those 2000+ Teg ECU's, remember they have the ignition immobilizer which will have to be chipped out...

Yup, that's really it... You may have to extend and shorten somewires to make it fit your B18C nice but there's not a whole lot... As for the VTM don't worry about that if you have an EX harness... It's just the VTEC pressure sensor... Sorry I don't work with SOHC motors that often... Is your EX already wired for the KS??? I'm pretty sure that the Y8's run them, but then again I'm not positive... Let me know if you need anything else... Latez
