Belt squeak when clutch is out

The dealer cant seem to figure this out.

When my clutch is out, theres an annoying belt squeak. When I push the clutch in just an inch, it goes away.

Any ideas?

Throw out bearing is my guess.

this happened to me when my PS belt was loose too. Check that out.
