can forged rims be repaired?
Been there, done that.
One of my OEM NSX wheels (they're forged) was bent and I got it repaired. The wheel repair place (this was Transwheel but there are other good wheel shops like Wheels America, etc) said to fix it they "heat it and beat it".

Anyone who is interested in reading about how wheels are manufactured, check out this page on the Tire Rack's website.

Usually they refinish as well as straightening and repairing. Typical costs are $150-200, although I think Wheels America has a flat rate of $109.
And to answer the question, eventhough it has been, yes they can be repaired.
so u gotta send it off to get it done?
