Was a place in Greenville SC called wheel wizard. Great local reputation and when a local tire shop chipped my wheels they paid for new lips to be welded and polished on all 4 because my wheels were discontinued. Couldn't tell that any work had been done because of a flawless finish. I'm sure there are places more local to you. Google or call tire shops and ask where they send damaged rims.
