99 civic auto to manual IACV issues....

99 civic auto to manual IACV issues....
99-00 Civic , customer did a manual tranny swap and the IACV is supposed to be a two wire setup , the Auto trans uses a three wire hookup , I dont have my electrical troubleshooting guide with me , anyone have/fix this problem before ?
