What have you fellow 6th owners done as far a weight removal? Please post pics and about how much weight was removed.

Next time I go to the track I'm taking out the spare tire, the cover to that, trunk linning, back seat, and passangers seat. I'm just planning on doing some tempory removals, nothing major.

 

show your results after the track? I want to see how much a difference in weight removal.

 

Yeah, next time I get out to the track I'll post pics of what I did and time slips, that probably won't be for a month though.

 

I don't have any pics that show my interior but I can tell you I took out around 320lbs. I took seats, speakers, carpet, visors, spare tire, pretty much everything, if i could have been able to I would have done the driver seat and I would have sit on a milk crate. Lol. Anyways

I checked those pics, from what I could see that was stripped.

Did you get any 1/4 times before and after the weight reduction?

 

With 320lbs removed thats got to be at least .4 sec off the 1/4 mile, right?
