No more vibration(H22a setup)
I had bad vibration at ~30 mph like a lot of h22a civic hybrid
So I decided to try something to resolve the problem. I have HCP EG kit with better rear bushing than the original one. What I did is shim the rear mount by 1/2 inch with the front hole and 3/8 with the 2 other rear hole of the bracket. Yesterday I test it for the first time and WOW surprise no more vibration
The clearance are much better from the firewall and the fan/bleeder in the front. I simply use jack to raise the tranny and insert some shime into the rear bracket
I share this information to you and I hope this will help some guys with this ******* problem

Cool. I would like to see pics. I still have bad vibration problems with my hcp kit.
Where did you get a better rear bushing?

lol
Some people will laugh for the rear bushing I use
I had 2 HCP bushing that last 1 week before they fail, so I decided to used something to hold for a long time
I took 3 hockey puck(orange one) and go to machine shop with the size of the bracket.... fill the rear mount with this and polyeurethane to old in place. Since that time no more problem but it`s very stiff when I launch the clutch
If you dont have any problem with the HCP rear bushing you dont need to do this. The time I took to raise the rear mount it`s average 45 minutes, beacause the bolt are hard to loose when everything still there. I used 3 big nut, the same size as the hole on the bracket and put it under(you need longer bolt for sure) when the engine is raise with the jack. The one on the front I use 1/2 inch nut and at the rear 3/8 inch each one. For MY setup that work great, I dont know if that can resolve the problem of other H22a hybrid, I hope
This weekend try to take some picture if I can.

Same pretty much applies to EF B-series swaps also. If you bend the lip on the rear subframe, giving more clearance for the mount and bracket, then nothing will touch and there will be no vibration. Vibration usually comes from the mount or bracket touching something else on the car, thus causing the whole thing to shake.
I just share the information that work for me so if that can help someone else that good
