camber wear after raising car back up?

right now i have neuspeed race springs on my civic, and im planning to put ITR springs this weekend.. ive been riding on the neuspeeds for about 3 months and im assuming my tires have some uneven wear, havent checked. my ques. is, will the car ride funny when i raise it back up with the ITR springs due to the uneven wear?

any time you change any part of the suspension YOU WILL NEED AN ALIGNMENT.
