auto ECU to manual ECU

ok i had a automatic to manual conversion done to my 98 ex civic, when i got it done my mechanic couldnt find a man. ecu for me, im getin one now and i just need to know if it will strictly be plug and play??

nah every thing just remained the same just changed trannys clutch clyinders pedals etc.... shoulda goten that ecu tooo anyone helpin me with that!!
