as the topic states, i just installed a spoon front lower tie bar. the bar sits so close to my jdm 4-1 header, everytime i start my car, it rattles. is there a way to fix that? try to search but archive is disable. thanks.

 

JDM ITR 4-1 header? IF so, i just cut the bracket it was rattling against.

 

Yep i had the SAME problem only that it rattled against my DC JDM header. That Spoon lower front tie bar is a PIECE OF ****. It is so flimsy. The brackets are so thin and i didnt notice any improvements in handling. To get the bar to quit rubbing against the header (if you really wanna keep it that badly) just use some washers to make the bar sit lower. I did that and eventually it backfired on me and i hit it going over a speedbump slowly (my car is lowered as well). I would just sell that thing and spend money elsewhere.

You could put some header wrap on the bar to quiet the rattles
