Does anybody have other sites that will help me out without having to hack up my car? I just ordered my Jimfab crossmember and want to use a 92-95 Civic rad but I don't want to hack up my car.

the reason breaka had to massage the metal is the aftermarket rad, stock civic radiator will fit with no modifications.

You don't have to hack up the car if you place the mounts different. I bought the Jim Fab with the mounts on it. If you place the mounts lower or in a L shape you wont have to cut the hood. Maybe just bang it a little.

And yes those are 92-95 headlights....ahhh the old days..

Not sure about the 92-95 but on the 88-91, the radiator isn't supported by the crossmember. I was at his shop the other day and he had a stack of those crossmembers ready to go out. He does nice work.

I emailed JimFab the other day and he said he can place the radiator mounts where ever youd like....so if the brackets were lowered an inch and moved to the right an inch (facing the car) then looks like all would line up good

I have a homemade turbo setup in the works and im going to try and retain my a/c

hopefully this member will make my life a bit easier and give me some space to work with

Thanks for the link breaka19 exactly what i need to see
