HELP: Stripped Rotor Screw
Well, I was able to get all the rotor screws out with an impact driver without a problem except one. A front screw is completely stripped, how do I get this thing out now?
just drill it out, they're for stunnas....
p.s. I know you use a drill somehow...
use a fairly small bit and drill right into the center making sure not to go deeper than the length of the screw. keep increasing the size of the bit until the screw just falls apart.

an easier method that worked for me: I got a drillbit that was a bit wider than the diameter of the shaft of the screw, and drilled until the head seperated from the body. To my surprise, i was able to hand-remove the threaded remainder of the shaft, all of the stubbornness had been the head of the screw where it was hitting the disc hat. Don't have to go as deep drill-wise this way, and if you can't get the old one out, who cares.
Do what Aleph says. It is much easier. After you drill the head off you can just leave the body of the screw in the hub, if you want.
Or you could replace them with the lightweight Spoon ones
