Ls type r head swap info??
On my integra ls I wanted to do a vtec type r head swap. The head will be complete and have all the tricks done to it ( port polish, cams, valve spring retainers etc....) I just wanted to see if anyone else could recommend something else I would need to make the swap better. Like if I need new injectors, water pump etc... thanks

Hey thanks guys, any more info would be great I'm trying to make something with good power, reliability etc..... Is the type r head the best choice, or should I go with some other vtec head. Also would a jdm type r ecu be ok?

The Type R head is the best one stock. I'd take a properly ported B16 or GSR head over a Type R head however. If you're going to have it ported by someone experienced with doing Honda head work then just snag a B16 or B18C head.
