Default ecu code 13, crx hf 88 to b18a! why code!

i have a 88 crx hf and i did a b18a swap! i have a code goin acrossed my ecu.it is 13 i know that the code is atmosphere pressure, but what do u guys think it is? the knock sensor is the only thing not plugged, i used a hf harness and it runs fine.the ecu is a pr4

Are you sure it's code 13?
I think it might be codes 10 and 3.
If there is a long pause between the 10(long light) and the 3(short lights) then you have code 10 AND 3.
The barometic pressure sensor is not something you can easily unplug, it's located behind the glove box next to the HVAC fan.

I have the same code on my boys 90' hatch w/ b18a in it.

I have a code 13 in my 89 LX 4-door with B18 and PR4 as well
