A/C compressor took a ****, which one should I get?
Posted this in hybrid also, thought I might get more responses here.
Well my a/c compressor took a ****. Heres the problem I have a p54 bracket on my b16a eg hatch. I'm pretty sure the compressor on there is just the one from the eg civic. Its a r134a unit, can I use a compressor from an eg? ek? or one from a b-series car?

Probably the same as a single cam EH, looks just like mine. I think the compressor you have there is a Sanden model, stay away from the ones that say NipponDenso, those won't fit that bracket.

Any B series compressor should work without any trouble. Just make sure its for 134a and not r12, unless you know how to convert the system.

I kept my single cam compressor because so u dont have to change the lines and wat not.....you will just need a CRV a/c brackett
