Default potential "BIG" problem

58k miles, time to change spark plugs......but....what's this??? they won't come out. car is warmed up......they won't move at all. thought about spraying lube down in there, but wasn't sure the efx once it got in the chamber. drove around town today seeing if somebody could help me.....nobody would touch it. one guy said spray lube down in there, the other guy said it would ruin an aluminum head.....what's the deal?

i really don't want to take my head off just to change plugs. HELP

this is on a 98 240sx w/aluminum head

thank you

Shouldnt the car be cold since metal grows when hot and shrinks when cold?

that's what i thought......i tried it both ways......

anyway.....the other 3 came off easy. it seems the previous owner just forgot to put anti-seize on the first one. it took some doing, and way more force than i was comfortable with, but i did finally get them all off.
