Default Removing Crank Bolt

I need to remove the crank pulley so I can remove the timing belt...I have tried a whole bunch of things, Snap-On Impact Wrench, soak bolt in WD-40, use heat gun. Any tips for getting it off? It's on there really tight.

Thanks,

Matt

500-600 ftlb impact gun or Moroso tool. I've tried the in gear, long *** breaker bar method and ended up just spinning the motor. Some people have had luck wedging something in the flywheel area to prevent it from moving.
Good luck

Honda crank pulley holder + 19mm 'impact' socket + 1/2 brake'er bar + 3' long, piece of 2" I.D. pipe = removed crank pulley bolt.

Just hit it with the impact for a couple big tanks of air...

Or use Willard's method, either works...

Same, but I only need a 24" breaker bar to break it loose.

Brace the crankpulley holder on the floor and apply steady and consitent pressure onto the breaker bar.
