Anybody else beat the crap out of thier new clutch?....
well after the break in period lol. Today, I finally broke the 500 miles break in period and I must say whoa!!! My CM stage 1 grabs like biotch. The 2nd gear pull just freakin shook the entire panel of my car with tremedous wheel freakin hop. I love this clutch.
those clutchs seriously rock man,,,i have the same one. heavy pedal feel, but its super good, even for a stage one.....actually, i might have a stage 2, i dont remember.....good work makin it through the break in period..i know a lot of people who cant do it.
I had bought a CM clutch for my Teg and it didn't even last me a year, I went with ACT and it's been 3 years and still going strong....
i have the same clutch in my b18a...i love it...when i really try i can scratch in 4th...but i agree its very good that you broke it in...

Did you beat the crap out of it? Follow break in period? I was kinda leaning toward the ACT before, but I got good price for the CM. So I can't argue with it.

Follow the proper break in periods of 500 miles city driving, meaning stop and go. Thats a long break in period, but is very benificial. (I know centerforce stg 2 is 500 city for sure)
my CM stage 1 sucks. feels like it slips before the wheels spin. followed break-in with a couple slip-ups(like getting on the highway). I feel like it is a piece of ****...can barely bark second with my b16 hatch(intake, lightweight flywheel, pulley)...oh well- I reccomend act
hehe i never broke in my CM stage 3 cause got it off a guy used and it had about 2000miles on it...$200 and i got a the CM flywheel with it too...good stuff
