Acura Carland?
I ordered a set of gaskets, studs, bolts, etc for my new head thats done at the machine shop last wednesday.
I get an email thursday that they need my VIN# to confirm my order - why, i have no idea, but i sent it anyways.
Order ships Friday and i paid for 2-day shipping. Well it was shipped ground and when i emailed them requesting a tracking # i got a response that they already sent it to me and I should have it (when in fact, it was never sent).
Anyone got another source for ordering acura parts?
Thanks

I'm not sure how much better it is, but Acura of Riverside has online parts ordering

Carland alwaya wants me vin and info about my car. I try to explain to them it doesnt matter, especially when I am ordering parts for different cars.

I ordered from Carland and was never asked a vin. If they ask then say you're buying it as a gift for someone. Its none of their business.
I tried adding a part to my order after I had submitted it. They said they added it, when I got the package the part I had "added" wasn't inside...go figure.
