Default Power Shifting

Hey, I was just curious how many of you guys power shift when you are drag racing. Do you think that it is a lot harder on the tranny and clutch to do that?? Do any of you think that shifting and letting off the gas can be done just a quickly as a power shift. Also, how hard do you guys think it is on the car to bump the rev limiter because I know that is going to most likely happen during a power shift.

If you are quick enough then the tranny will be fine.
for NA cars its not such a big issue. for turbo cars it makes a considerable
difference
