Here's the deal I have a 2000 civic si with 56k on the motor I have a max rev exhaust manifold garret t3/t4, tial 35mm,type s bov,inline fuel pump, and cartec fully adjustable fmu (i know im getting rid of the fmu) and custom piping and downpipe. Well i blew my motor and here is what my mechanic suggested me to do and i would like to see what u all think of the buildup. Darton closed deck sleeves, eagle rods, je pistons 10-1 compression (which I think is really high for boost) skunk 2 valvetrain as well as intake manifold, rc 550's and ems. i was hoping to run 1 bar of boost on this set up. The car is not daily driven and is used only as a weekend warior a highly respectable shop will be tunning the car. Any help will be greatly appreaciated.
